Jordan Falcon
Head Instructor & Founder

Former collegiate player and two-time ABCA Gold Glove Award recipient, Jordan Falcon brings advanced defensive expertise and a fundamentals-first training philosophy to the 108 Training System.

Competitive Background

Jordan played at Stadium High School (Tacoma, WA), helping lead the program to three Washington State Final Four appearances.

He later competed nationally with the NW Timberjacks 18U Scout Team, appearing in premier showcase events including:

- Area Code Games

- World Wood Bat Classic

- Arizona Fall Classic

He was recognized as a Baseball Northwest Top 25 Prospect and selected to the U.S. Junior Olympic Tournament Team.

Jordan continued his career at College of the Sequoias before advancing to New Mexico Highlands University (NCAA Division II), where he was part of the 2012 Regional team that finished 41-16.
